| What are the terms and conditions: |

- All rates are based on DFW Magazine receiving print ready artwork. Artwork created by Chakery Design is an additional $75 per hr. (one hour minimum)
- Chakery Design reserves the right to refuse advertisements.
- Payment terms are PIA (Payment In Advance)
- All ads received after the 10th of the month will incur a $200 late fee.
- A signed agreement must be received by Chakery Design before an ad appears in DFW Magazine
- 5% Discount for paying 3 months at a time in advance.
